Swimming Pool – Schedule & Rules

The swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

POOL SCHEDULE

Pool Hours:  9 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week

Lap/Therapy Time: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the deep end. | Other swimmers are free to use the shallow end at this time.

Adult Lap/Therapy Time: 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. | Adults Only, and the 9 p.m. quiet time is to be honored.

POOL RULES for 2024 SEASON

  1. To use the pool you must have completed a census form on PayHOA and your HOA dues must be current. No exceptions.
  2. All residents must sign in using the sign-in sheet at the gate of the swimming pool. Sign in the time, all residents’, and guests’ names, and unit number, and sign out with the departure time. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized adult over 18.
  3. To help reduce any risk of any illness and promote cleanliness at the pool. We ask all residents and guests wipe down pool furniture with the cleaning supplies provided after use. If you bring any pool furniture it must not impede on others space and be removed by you when you leave the pool enclosure.
  4. People using the pool must be properly attired in swimming suits. No “street clothes” attire is allowed in the pool. Please keep swimming attire appropriate in nature and covering as children and families are present.
  5. No unsanitary conditions will be tolerated, i.e., going to the bathroom in the pool; this includes babies and toddlers. For this reason, children who are not toilet trained must wear special swimwear.
  6. No unruly, noisy, or intoxicated person will be allowed in the pool area.
  7. No headfirst diving, flipping, “cannon balls”, unsafe behavior, running or offensive language will be permitted.
  8. Large floating devices, over 3 ft. in diameter, including adult size loungers, are permitted in the pool WHEN FEWER THAN 10 PEOPLE ARE IN THE POOL. If more than 10 people are in the pool, floating devices over 3 ft. in any direction must be removed from the pool to assure adequate space for all swimmers. The max amount of people in the pool enclosure should not exceed 50. Although, it is not likely the pool space would exceed this on any given day please be mindful of the number and your length of time in the pool if others seem to be waiting.
  9. Roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, etc., are not permitted in the pool or surrounding pool area at any time.
  10. Audio devices may be used in the pool area ONLY with earphones or ear buds.
  11. Pets are not permitted in the pool or pool area.
  12. GLASS products of any kind will not be permitted in the pool area.
  13. Drinks may be brought into the pool area only in plastic.
  14. NO FOOD OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA.
  15. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
  16. The pool gate must be kept closed and always locked. Your pool key must not be loaned to unauthorized individuals. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE GATE FOR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A KEY.

Lack of respect or disregard for these rules may result in the immediate loss of your Swimming Pool privileges!

Remember there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!!  Keep an eye on your swimmers and not just your electronics.  FOR SAFETY REASONS. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT NO ONE SWIM WITHOUT ANOTHER PERSON INSIDE THE FENCED AREA OF THE POOL.
